Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible. Any change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated.

Once received, orders may be returned for a full refund in accordance with our return policy.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Orders are shipped the next business day after processing

We do not ship on weekends

Delivery times vary by destination.
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Prices displayed on our site are tax-free and shown in CAD.

You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees once your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not covered by us.
